We do require a credit card prior to booking appointments. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UPON BOOKING. It is very important to us to be as ready as possible for your upcoming appointment. Upon booking you will be emailed a new client hair history form. It is crucial that you take a few minutes to fill this out and send it back to @Hithere@modamademn.com.
Our cancellation policy
We understand that things come up! If you need to adjust your appointment time please call us as soon as possible, or within 24 hours. This allows us to accommodate other clients that may desire that time slot. Our color experts are in high demand and their time is valuable. Please note if you do not cancel within 24 hours a 30% service charge will be charged to the credit card we have on file.

It is our #1 priority to make sure our clients are 100% satisfied. If for some reason you wish to add alterations to your hair feel free to give us a call! We allow one week for hair color alterations and 5 days for haircut tweaks.
All we ask is that you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you no call no show you will be unable to book feature appointments at our salon.
Please give us a call if you are running late and we will do our very best to accommodate you! However, our late policy is 15 minutes, after that we may no longer be able to accept you for your appointment.
